We are able to make some changes to shipping prior to the order being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please email us - [email protected]
Once a package is shipped or in the process of being shipped, we are not able to make any changes to shipping-related issues. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier, however, they too may not be able to make these changes either.
