While we try our best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece and correctly, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here and there may break in transit or may be picked mistakenly by our warehouse team.
We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival OR arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP - again please contact our customer care team for more information.
If you have an incorrect item/missing items please do contact us so that we can look into the mistake.
Please retain the item in the state received and send photos of the damage/incorrect item to help best advise you.
